Why Some Branches are Moving
Now that we have merged with Columbia Bank, our combined organization has several locations that are within close proximity of one another. Due to the overlap, we will be consolidating several locations throughout our footprint.
Continue to bank as usual
If your account is held at one of the locations that is moving, you should have already received a letter with more details in advance of the move. In the meantime, you should continue to bank as usual. Your accounts will automatically transition and there is nothing you need to do to prepare. If you have a safe deposit box at a branch that is moving, please watch your mail for more details.

You will continue to see the friendly faces you’ve come to know who will continue to provide you with the personalized service you enjoy today.

You can continue to bank as usual. There is no interruption in access to your accounts or services.
Branding Changes
Our combined bank will continue to operate as Umpqua Bank and our private banking, financial services and trust services functions will operate under the brand of Columbia Wealth Management.
