When it comes to commercial real estate, Wendy has seen, and financed, it all. Her extensive career in commercial real estate began more than 35 years ago. As Regional Director, Wendy opened the Irvine Multifamily office in 2011 and continues to expand the Umpqua Bank footprint as an industry leader with a broad range of lending experience in multifamily, industrial, warehouse, retail strip malls, shopping centers, new construction and land. How big of an impact has she made? To date, Wendy has originated and funded in excess of $6 billion in real estate loans and helped hundreds of clients reach their goals.
As a mentor to many in the real estate finance sector, Wendy believes in the value of partnering with her customers to explore unique opportunities that tailor to their specific financial needs. Her unique ability to communicate with her clients makes it easy to deepen relationships and cultivate new business. In her spare time, Wendy likes to relax by investing and managing her own portfolio of apartments and spending quality time with her family.
