Maribel Andrade

Maribel is passionate about helping first-time home buyers understand the home buying process and building generational wealth, especially for low-income and under-represented communities. She provides education on home buying and loan options, offering bilingual services to Spanish-speaking clients to enhance diversity among Umpqua Bank customers. Maribel’s calm demeanor allows her to navigate complicated situations in the ever-changing real estate market, ensuring a smooth transaction process for her clients. Her commitment extends beyond transactions; she enjoys connecting clients and professional partners to resources that help them grow their businesses and knowledge of wealth building.

Maribel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Public Safety Leadership, and is embarking on an Education and Leadership PhD program at Pacific University in Fall 2024. While she doesn’t specialize in VA loans, her husband’s 20-year service in the Marine Corps gives her a unique perspective. When not immersed in real estate, Maribel enjoys quiet evenings in her backyard, watching sunsets by the firepit, alongside her family and three French bulldogs.
