What if I Can’t Pay My Mortgage?
If you are experiencing difficulty paying your mortgage, give us a call at (866) 743-4931 and we’ll direct you to one of our Home Preservation Officers. They’ll review your current circumstance and then help you understand your options. Click here to fill out a request to be reviewed for potential mortgage payment relief.
Our Home Preservation Officers are available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (except holidays) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
(Please note: we may be servicing your home loan on behalf of another company that owns your loan. In those situations, the other company will determine your options.)
There are several organizations that provide foreclosure prevention options. We encourage you to contact Umpqua Bank Home Lending first; however, you may also find the following information useful.
